    How to Use Habit Quest

    Habit Quest turns habit tracking into a simple, game-like experience. Instead of using complicated trackers or spreadsheets, this tool allows you to create habits and mark your daily progress directly on a calendar-style quest log.

    1. Add a Habit
      Type the name of the habit you want to track in the "New habit name" field and click Add Habit. Each habit will appear as its own row in the tracker.
    2. Mark Your Progress
      Click on any day in the table to mark whether you completed the habit for that day. This allows you to visually track your consistency throughout the month.
    3. Navigate Between Months
      Use the Prev Month and Next Month buttons to review your progress across different months.
    4. Track Streaks
      The Streak Leaderboard automatically highlights which habits have the longest streaks. This helps motivate you to maintain consistency.
    5. Save Your Progress
      Click Save to download your habit data as a file. This lets you keep a backup of your progress or move it to another device.
    6. Load Previous Progress
      Use the Load button to import a previously saved file and continue your habit quest where you left off.
